We welcome both domestic and international wholesale partnerships. All shipping schedules, delivery timelines, and bulk pricing rates are mutually agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. We work closely with our carrier networks to ensure efficient production and dispatch. While we strive to meet all estimated schedules, delivery is subject to carrier availability and logistics transit timelines.
To preserve the natural durability of your tableware, we sanitize every item under UV-C light and pack them in sealed, moisture-proof cartons with food-grade silica gel packs. To maintain their quality, we kindly request our partners to store the cartons in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse. Our team is always happy to provide helpful guidance on proper storage practices to maximize the shelf life of your inventory.
For our domestic clients, we ship using reliable local logistics networks on mutually agreed terms. For international exports, shipments are executed according to the agreed shipping terms (such as FOB or CIF) from major Indian ports (Mangalore, Tuticorin, or Chennai). We assist in coordinating logistics and customs documentation to support a smooth transit experience.
Your satisfaction is our priority. We invite both domestic and export buyers to inspect their shipments upon arrival. In the rare event of transit damage or quantity discrepancies, please reach out to our team in writing within 10 days of receiving the cargo, and we will work promptly to resolve it. Due to standard food safety and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used packages once they have left our facility.

In the event of any verified quality issue, our liability is limited to either replacing the affected items or refunding up to the invoice value of that specific order.
