Areca leaf sheaths are collected after shedding naturally from palm trees, pressure-washed with clean water, steam-molded at 180°C, precision-trimmed, UV-C sterilized, and shrink-wrapped with desiccants to ensure moisture remains below 10%.
We export globally in 20ft FCL container loads (loading approx. 28 CBM / 500 cartons) and 40ft HQ FCL container loads (loading approx. 68 CBM / 1200 cartons). Shipping is processed via Bengaluru ICD through Chennai, Tuticorin, or Mangalore ports.
